Very good but solid and crunchy like sugar. I have to place bottle in boiling water just to get it out of the bottle.

It is delicious. I am just hoping it is truly “pure” and not with sugar syrup added

It’s hard to rate food items because taste is subjective. And each honey is unique in characteristic, just as each blossom variety is unique. Honey also varies from batch to batch and season to season, which must be considered (it’s not like a manufactured food item with strict controls). I enjoy trying different varieties and my main criteria for ‘quality’ is how the honey is extracted and processed (I do not consume commercially produced honey). As long as the beekeepers did all they could to preserve the natural characteristics of the honey, flavor is what it is, and we either find it appealing or not.

I have really enjoyed all of the different honeys from this producer, and this one is no exception. I have been on a quest to try many kinds of Florida honey and to experience this one. That said, if you don’t care for richer flavored honey, try something lighter in color with a more delicate flavor. Otherwise, go for it and enjoy.
